Our time together is focused, thoughtful, and collaborative. In our initial 90-minute session, we explore your history, health goals, and what might be quietly working against your wellness.

My approach blends modern diagnostics with whole-body wisdom—always guided by the belief that healing is a collaborative, empowering process.

I trust in the body’s intelligence, and see symptoms not as problems to suppress, but as meaningful signals asking us to pause, listen, and respond.

In addition to general primary care and functional medicine visits, I work closely with patients navigating insulin resistance, gut dysbiosis, thyroid imbalance, chronic stress, and hormone-related conditions. I’m also passionate about supporting sustainable weight loss (without the fads), and am actively developing wellness content and tools for those navigating neurodegenerative conditions like Parkinson’s.

Spending time in nature is my reset button. Foraging, gardening, and making seasonal meals from scratch bring me back to center. I also love movement—teaching cycling and Pilates classes, or simply walking outside. Wellness for me is just as much about slowing down and tuning in as it is about staying active. It’s all about listening to what your body actually needs, every day.
